For those who are willing to share their time and are not picky as to the type of work, there are always “odd jobs” to be done. Every week the bulletin needs to be delivered to the church and old
bulletins picked up. We need parishioners to do the “final rounds” of the buildings and facilitate the collection and recycling of the parish’s waste paper. Nimble fingers and strong backs are
always needed for these and other practical tasks.

Job Description
|
We need someone to take over the job of getting the freshly printed weekly bulletins on Friday afternoon (sometimes on Saturday instead) over to the church and into all of the right places.
Copies need to be by the door next to the ramp and on the desk in the gathering space. Additionally, the prior week’s bulletins need to be collected and placed with the second prior week’s
bulletins in the last pew of the church on the ambo side. Finally, the bulletins that are then three weeks old need to be recycled to the plant room behind where the musicians stand during Mass.

We are looking for a person, or team of people, to volunteer to assemble “rice bowls”. Approximately 300 need to be assembled in all. The number to be done is per your
preference. Put together a number of “rice bowls” for the first and second Sundays of Lent.
