Almost every week of the year “coffee and donuts” are served after the 9:30am Mass on Sundays. This doesn’t happen unless volunteers like you serve occasionally, or on a regular basis. We also
need people to help us offer hospitality to families having funerals at St. Elizabeth’s.

Job Description
|
Coffee & Donuts and fellowship are offered downstairs in the church on most Sundays after the 9:30am Mass. Hospitality volunteers sign up as frequently as they are willing - to set up, serve
and clean up. There are set-up directions posted outside the kitchen. Hospitality volunteers purchase juice and milk (will be reimbursed), make coffee, cut bagels, make sure tables and
chairs are set up. During hospitality time, serve bagels and donuts, pour juice, etc. Afterward, clean tables and kitchen area.

We need people willing to help provide hospitality to grieving families and their friends at the Parish Center hall after the funeral Mass.
- Set up and serve light refreshments
- Set table
- Make coffee (regular and decaf)
- Put out soda, etc.
- Put food out at right time
- Put condiments into nice bowls
- Set up table for pictures
- Clean up afterwards

Depends on the size, time, and number of funerals; also on number of volunteers available. On the day of a funeral the hospitality set-up begins typically at 8:30am and can go until 2-4:30pm
depending on size of funeral. Volunteers could come for cleanup only if available for a shorter period of time.

- Greet visitors and assist as needed
- Attend to liturgical needs and those of grieving family
- Set up and serve light refreshments
- Set table
- Make coffee (regular and decaf)
- Put out soda, etc.
- Put food out when time
- Put condiments into nice bowls
- Set up table for pictures
- Clean up afterwards
