Archdiocesan Pastoral Plan
Update |
| On Monday January 23rd the Archdiocese published
proposed parish collaboratives for the West Region. They have recommended that
St. Elizabeth of Hungary and St. Isidore be grouped as a collaborative.
Additional diocesan meetings are planned for 2012 covering consultation,
feedback, planning and training. An open discussion on the Pastoral Plan will
take place in our parish at meetings scheduled in the Parish Center on Saturday
February 11th at 6:15pm and Sunday February 12th at noon. We will
continue to make information available on this process as it develops.

Youth Ministry Auction
2012 |
| Please save
the date, Sunday March 11th from 5-9 p.m. at the Parish Center Hall for the
annual Youth Ministry Auction. This is a wonderful evening of
community building to support such a wonderful cause. The Youth Ministry
Program sends on average 200 young people on mission trips each summer.
The kids and their chaperones pay their own way, but the auction helps to cover
other expenses such as travel to and from work sites and supplies needed, as
well as helping students who may not be able to go otherwise. These trips
are really life changing for our children. Please stop by the back of
church after any Mass in February to speak with the kids and see the pictures
from their trips. The kids will be selling tickets and raffle tickets
after all of the Masses in February. We are also in need of donations for
the auction, so if you would like to support us in that way, we would
gratefully accept all donations. You can contact Cathy Griffin at

generous donation from a parishioner, we have just subscribed to Constant
Contact, an email distribution service that allows you to select which emails
from St. Elizabeth you will receive. For those of you with kids at RJ
Grey or AB, this is the same service that those schools are using. It is
our goal to have all parish and Generations of Faith large email distributions
to be served through Constant Contact this year. Please help our efforts by
